I got some on Amazon. But I still use my super tight running bras.. also from amazon. I just make sure I don’t wear the super tight ones for more than like 30-40 min? Is the random rule I made for myself. As long as it’s not for prolonged time seems to be ok for me.
I like to sleep on my stomach so sometimes I wake up painful from that - can’t be worse than that! I already got mastitis from pumping too often but haven’t gotten it again. .. knock on wood
I went to Dicks sporting goods and got myself a stretchy, light supporting sports bra, it almost looks more like a crop top. Definitely make sure there isn't too much compression, I'm super prone to clogged ducts so I feel the struggle
