Mixed feeding

I try to breastfeed when I can but I mainly pump & formula feed. I am 9 weeks postpartum but my supply is very low. What can I do to up my supply. I work 7-4:30 I pump at 9:30, 12, and 2:30 during work. I really want to try to lean away from formula if possible.

Thank you I will try

I just pumped 30 minutes and it’s been like this every time lately

Yeah def try it. Go on Amazon and read the reviews. One of my breasts would create colostrum. I kid you not within like either 30 minutes to an hour I decided to pump and it started leaking a bunch of colostrum I stopped though because I don't want to have my whole milk supply come in before my baby is born I just wanted to make sure that when she was born that I had colostrum for her

See I already had my baby I’m just struggling

Sometimes stress or a traumatic birth can impact milk supply. It happened to me with my first. Baby directly on the breast as much as possible is the best way to increase the supply as it will increase your oxytocin levels to hold your baby, oxy is needed to create milk. Also speak to a lactation consultant. They’re veryyyyy helpful too
