My eldest really struggled bless him, he was clearly in a lot of discomfort- but the worst of it didn’t last for long.
@Lucy thank you, it’s really sad isn’t it 😔 she’s drooling a lot I think defo has mouth ulcers. Hopefully it clears up quickly for them both 🤞🤞🤞
@Chloe bless him, that’s good hopefully we’ll be over the worst soon!
My baby girl has it too, she’s not bad in the day but at night she is waking a lot, crying and doesn’t want to be put down. Also dribbling so much bless her. Hope your little one feels better soon!
If baby has them had them in their mouth then it can be sore and uncomfortable. Calpol will help x
My little boy had it and refused to eat. Someone gave me a tip to let him suck on frozen melon (I have like a little silicon feeder thing so they don’t have to hold the frozen fruit). It worked so well, numbed his mouth so he could eat and he happily munched on it for quite awhile. I also kept him topped up with Calpol until he felt better. Hope your little one feels better soon x
My baby has it currently and has screaming with sleeps and been more clingy and woken a few times in the night. I feel like the blisters look really painful but she isn't too bad in the day. She hasn't gone off food but don't think she has many ulcers. A friend's baby had lots of ulcers and went off food. I saw a pharmacist and they just said calpol and can use teething gel for ulcers.
