Should I be worried?

My daughter who is 5 months on 26th November NEVER took to a dummy and suddenly today she’s happily sucking on it? She’s not been happy on my boob the last couple of days during the day. She will suck and suck and then come on and off the boob for about 5 minutes. She’s unsettled the majority of the day always chewing her hands and drooling. At night she’s absolutely fine and sucks fine for 10 minutes and then goes to sleep. I can still squeeze milk out of my boob so I don’t think it’s a supply issue but just wondering what’s going on 😭 tummy time she always gets angry and cries after about 3 minutes because she’s trying to chew something and just can’t so buries her head into the mat. She doesn’t like tethers because she just chokes on them sticking them too far into her throat, gel or powder doesn’t help, I tried to give her Nurofen last night and they didn’t seem to help. I just don’t know what to do😭
