My girl isn't really talking yet. I can't wait for her to start communicating her needs to me better 😅
Ours sounds like doodle bob from SpongeBob 😂 He knows lots of words & animals noises, but not quite sure on putting it all together lol He’s over here thinking he’s having full blown conversations with us. Sometimes I miss the quiet lol
Yes it’s like a switch flipped right around when she turned 18 months a couple weeks ago….or like 1 week ago. Idk I have no concept of time. Suddenly she went from one word phrases to sentences and songs it seems like overnight, and her favorite word is “no.” Everything is no. Also she’s testing boundaries and doing things she knows she’s not supposed to like playing with the dog’s water or throwing food while making eye contact with me to see my reaction. I think we’ve entered a whole new stage of toddler.
My son learned YAAAAAAAYYYY this week and it’s amazing. When I get him in the morning he shouts yayyyy and claps 😂 he also says no as “MO” and shakes his head 😂 MO! 👹👹
We’re still working on talking over here. My boy says a couple things but then he’s back to baby talk. Or he says one thing then won’t say it again for a while. I’m not worried but I’m excited for consistency
