@Rachel he was the one who told me what he said to his coworker. I don’t believe how he handled it was professional, and what he said and how he said it could be used against him in his review. I’m not going to let him jeopardize a good job by not maintaining a professional attitude. Nor let him deal with it where it potentially gets him fired. He appreciates my opinion and my honesty. We’re both stubborn but respect that sometimes it’s better to be the bigger person and realize what was said/done was not okay.
Coming from a woman in HVAC, the environment is completely different. I wouldn’t worry about it. Most men have mouths way worse than that 😂
You shouldn't really be getting involved with things that happen at your partners work. Let him deal with things the way be wants to deal with them.
