What do I do?

So long story short my daughter dropped her nap for a few months and then I was able to get her back on them. Problem is now, regardless of what time I wake her in the morning and her nap, she isn’t going to bed until 10pm. Now if I cut her nap completely I can get her to sleep by 8 but I know kids still need a nap at this age. It’s just such a double edged sword and I don’t know what to do I’m tired of battling with her and it’s affecting my sleep as well. Any advice?

Gummy kids melatonin!

No advice just solidarity. My son has a 10 pm, sometimes later, bedtime as well. We used to wake him up from his nap if it was going past 2 hours, so you could try that? But he pretty much needs to be awake for at least 6 hours after his nap ends before he'll actually fall asleep at bedtime.

@Saiah I’ve tried that also sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t maybe I’ll try waking her earlier in the morning again 😂
