The belly binder they give you at the hospital is so good! I bought one and didn’t need it. A loose outfit for coming home. Newborn outfit. The more you pack the more you have to unpack. The hospital has everything you might need. Hot packs on the incision helped with the pain. Your breast pump you might want to started pumping right away. It took me 7 days for milk to come in. It can take longer for milk to come in after a C-section. If you are planning to breastfeed. A pumping bra you don’t want to hold your parts in place.
@Yossira thank you!
@Daisy great, thank you so much ☺️
Definitely loose fitting clothing, which you can get on easily and slip on shoes. For postpartum undies I used Tena lady Silhouette. They were amazing, nice and high and felt comfortable. X
Definitely bring a fan I was absolutely boiling after. Disposable undi was so handing and peri bottle.
Defo the high waisted maternity undies and peppermint tea is a must!! I had really bad trapped wind after and peppermint tea was a life saver xo
Bring large comfy pants and high waisted Pj's or a nighty so no seams tub on the wound. Oh and 100% bring a fan!! Fruit snacks are good so you don't get constipated. Hope it goes well 🥰
Definitely the Frida disposable high waisted boxers!!! They were a godsend I was sad to see them run out🤣a big bottle I was so thirsty! Pain relief (even if the hospital send you home with some you’ll be greatful when you run out) xx
This will be my second C-section and this time around I’m bringing my own postpartum disposable undies, because the first time they didn’t have my size & I bought my own peri bottle just because I feel like it the frida mom nozzle is at an angle which helped me clean myself good. Bring a portable fan! For home I got C-section undies that would go high so they wouldn’t fold or roll on my C-section scar.
