Fluctuating symptoms?

I’m 7 weeks and 5 days. I was super nauseous last week. Tried taking unisom and B6 and it helped but I stopped the unisom because I made me too sleepy during the day and the b6 alone did help a little bit. I work from home and work was slow last week. This week I am at a corporate event that’s jam packed with events and meetings in person. I went back to taking B6 and unisom and my nausea disappeared. I’ve had tiny tiny tiny waves of nausea like twice. The last time I was nauseous like I was last week was Monday on my flight. Should I be worried?? Or should I be thankful? I’m worried my lack of nausea means something is wrong. But also with being busy and taking the unisom and b6 maybe that’s why it’s gone? Idk.

Same here. If I'm relieved from the nausea, I worry. If I have nausea I can't function. I started going by how my breasts are. The changes that have been happening to them are still on going so I guess that brings enough peace to not freak out.

And I take Zofran for nausea because it was really bad, I could not parent my 3 years old

@Svetla girl we are on the same page. My nausea has come back full swing after like 3 days of relief last week randomly. But now it’s back every single day and so intense. I’ve tried everything. Preggo pops. Ginger. Ginger tea. Peppermint tea. Unisom and B6. Zofran is the only thing that’s helped. I haven’t taken it much, only 3 or 4 times. My new OB wants me not to take zofran and to try metoclopramide
