Strong cramping

Anyone had some strong cramps that last 10 minutes or so? I woke up at 3am with some but then went away after 10 minutes. Also had some after sex which I’ve read is normal. Got another lot today but then it goes once I start walking. I have also been a bit constipated (sorry if TMI) so I don’t know if that’s a factor. I have a dull ache in my back most of the time and I’ve had no bleeding. I’m only 4.5 weeks so it just feels concerning 😩

I’ve had a lot of on and off cramping and recently just a dull ache in my back. I’m 5 weeks today. I’m sure everything is ok ☺️

Hey lovely, I am currently 6weeks +3 and also suffer with cramping. It’s normal and just the uterus stretching making room for baby. If you’re ever unsure though or start bleeding speak to doctor. I was worried about this so spoke to 111 and they told me to go and book a scan so we did and all was fine 💕

Ive had similar and wake up at night with it too! For me it's clear that it's more of a trapped gas feeling that a uterus cramp - if you can feel the difference it might help looking at abdominal massages online and also trying a few different yoga stretches before bed

Thanks ladies! Just so strange to have 3 in a 24 hour period! But my exhaustion level is definitely up there too today so I think maybe I’m just getting more symptoms!

Completely normal at the start as everything is stretching xx

This might be a silly question but why is everything ‘stretching’ at the start when the little bean is so small? I genuinely didn’t think you would feel anything like aches & pains until much later! I haven’t had cramps but have had a sore lower back

5 weeks in and just sitting on the couch and experiencing the exact same. I think it’s normal but still freaky 😅
