Butternut, burrata Quiche
The temperature go down 🥶so good time for a comforting dish with seasonal vegetables 🥮🍂🍁. I made a butternut, oignon burrata tarte/quiche. Recipe 👇
•Cut the butternut into round shapes, cooked it in a pan with butter you have to turn them over for cook both side add some sumac on them (you can replace with paprika).
•Then slice some onions and cook them slightly in a pan not too much as it is going to go in oven later. I usually used red oignons but I had only white oignons at home) add some salt if you like salty dish.
•Then prepare the pastry ( you can buy a ready roll pastry if you don’t have time). Spread the pastry in an oven dish
•Spread then either cottage cheese or in my case I choose cream cheese paysan breton on the pastry. (It will be your base)
•Add the layer of oignons with a filet of olive oil on it,
•Then add the layer of butternut.
Let it 25 min or 35 min in the oven at 180 degrees.
Once it’s cook add some burrata, hazelnuts and mint on it (if you don’t have the mint that’s ok I used persley on mine). You can also add a filet of honey but that’s optional. Prepare it with salad in a side, with the dressing of your choice. Et voilà, bonne appétit!!😋
Now I’m hungry 😋
