Best „full time” pump?

I exclusively breastfeed my 7 month old baby but I’m due to go back to work in January. I’ll be working 12 hour shifts and I’ll need to pump several times a day. I have the momcozy S12 Pro handheld pumps and they’ve always been fine for the occasional times I’ve pumped but recently I’ve used them and I’m not getting much suction from them and I still feel really full even after 20 minutes of pumping. I was in work today doing a KIT day and I was getting more out quicker just hand expressing. I checked all the parts and checked my nipple size again and even tried a smaller insert but I still don’t get the same suction from them as before and it’s weird cause I’ve tried both pumps and both are the same. Does anyone have any recommendations for a better pump please?
