Heey, so I'm not on the same boat but on a fb group post I saw a lady who said that her health visitor actually came to her house to help with her anxiety with giving her baby finger foods. I thought that was a great support if it's available in your area as well 😊 wouldn't hurt to ask if there is anything they can do for you
I was feeling so anxious the same as you and we were doing only purees for months. I found the banana wafers from boots really good as they melt in their mouths so they can get used to holding the food and putting it to their mouths and new texture but it's not a risk of choking as they just dissolve. I then built up to Porridge/ yogurts/ mashed veggies from there and eventually things like toast. But I think the melty snacks are a good one to try first if you haven't already
