Newborn not sleeping during the day

I currently have a three week old and she’s not sleeping during the day, she’s been fussing a lot the past couple days and been quite sick today - any ideas what it could be? She was good as gold the first couple weeks but can’t get her to settle now, she’s been sleeping at night fine (waking every 3 hours for food)
