Is 13 months too early to transition from bottle to milk in a cup?
For example we used to give her a bottle before bed but I noticed it gave her a lot of gas. So we stopped. And I've just been giving it to her at dinner. Is that okay?

No, you can cup feed newborns, so definitely not too young.
No, not at all. I started giving my boy a cup with a straw from the age of 1.
