Oh my, how you manage it girls… I’m breastfeeding for 6months now, and I think I’m getting even more hungry now and eating more then before.. before pregnancy I was very fit and 60kg. now I’m 70kg and dreaming about loosing my weight. mostly I want to have my fit body back, I don’t really care about kg😃 but what do you eat daily??
I need to loose weight. Those who like to be fat dont wanna be skinny. those who wanna be skinny are stuck being fat. Why is this universe so cruel 😭😭
I’d say I’m still technically in a healthy range so maybe it’s not so worrying. I also walk a lot and recently have been taking her in the carrier much more and she’s a heavy girl! Daily I eat porridge for breakfast with banana and peanut butter and berries. Lunch is usually some kind of eggs on toast or soup with toast and avocado, fruity snacks/yoghurt in the afternoon, then dinner a good portion of food always with a decent amount of carbs. Then chocolate for dessert. Not sure how helpful that is for others though as every body and metabolism is so completely different!
But yeah interesting to hear your responses, I’ll see what the docs come back with, I have a feeling I’m anaemic again too 🥲
@Erika I’m also so hungry! I was about 70kg pre pregnancy and bloomed up to 90kg by the end of it, I was so puffy with water that I guess it dropped off reasonably quickly before. Now around 66kg and feeling good. I eat a good amount each day also, never expected this to happy to be honest, expected to have to really work for it. But yeh daily walks seem to be doing it!
I was staaarving in pregnancy and breastfeeding but recently have been having less appetite 🤔
I gained a massive amount of weight after pregnancy from breastfeeding. Went from 60 kg in pregnancy to 67 kg after pregnancy and before pregnancy I was 53 kg 🙈. And it lasted so long and I was so hungry. And then having to stand other people bullying ohh we didn’t recognise you, you have gained so much weight. So now that I pump only 1 a day, 9 months pp I restricted myself from eating. Eating 1 meal a day was not working and I was not loosing weight. So now I only drink 1 glass of milk and 1 egg each day and is working finally. I am loosing weight 😍😍. So desperate to go back how I was with the same weight
Interestingly I’ve lost all my weight while breastfeeding. Like you I’m lighter than I was pre pregnancy but still within a healthy range thankfully. I do walk 4/5/6km most days a week with her on my front in the carrier and she’s nearly 10kg so I’m putting it down to that!
