I'd definitely do it my sons had 3 months on it and I risked it and got him to spain but on the way back they were abit funny about it 😫🤣 its worth the piece of mind

For my daughter's passport expiring in March we have already applied for the new one to travel at Christmas
I think it needs to have at least 6 months left on it. So I’d apply now x
Depends on the rules of the country you are visiting but most want 6 months left on the passport.
Tip: You can put in an online application and take a picture with your phone and upload it, just make sure the room is well lit and background is white. Got my niece’s own approved without paying £7-15£ to get a digital passport code.

Apply now, it will take 2 weeks max to receive it. Don’t make that mistake. I know someone who was sent back home at the airport headed to Turkey as the child’s passport had less than 6 months expiry on it.
