A thermometer will help but try not to get baby used to it that always did the trick for my son
If I remember correctly, I had a doctor give mine an enema but she said it was normal. They don’t get too concerned unless you’re hitting like 4-7 days no poop

If your baby is breastfed they can go 14 days without one. With my formula fed daughter I got worried if she didn’t poop after 3 days / got fussy

If she isn't uncomfortable she will be all good. 💩 is food that was considered waste to the body. The milk they are getting (formula or breast milk) has everything they need there is no waste
That is perfectly normal my sons pediatrician said not to worry until day 4-5 days
It’s normal. You won’t always get a bowel movement. My son is 7 months and didn’t have one for 2 days. He is fine. Don’t worry your going great
