Have you successfully induced labor naturally?

If so, how did you do it and what was the experience?

I did LITERALLY everything to get my baby out lol what finally helped was sitting I. A deep squat and clary sage finally got the job done

Twice, labour came on 3-4hrs after a midnight sex session, always in early morning for me. I was 38+6 for my first and 42w for my second.

@Tessa sitting in a deep squat? And did you say sage helped?

@Kellie nice! I’m about to do everything I can lol I’m wondering if I should try castor oil 😬

I tried acupuncture (3 days almost in a row!), castor oil, clary sage, birthing ball, curb walking, multiple mile hike, visualization, miles circuit, etc… still got induction medically at 42 + 1 😂

@Tessa girl this is exactly what I’m going to try. I guess I can get the clary sage at Target?

@Lydia lol sounds like me for my first one

@Minnie It’s worth a try I got mine on amazon I think

@Tessa thank you!

Lmaoooo I drank a bottle of castor oil after sex. It worked but I give the experience *-5/10 stars*

@Nika -5/10 bc of vomiting and diarrhea?

@Minnie I only had diarrhea but it was plague level lmaooo! Definitely broke my water though

I had a sweep then my midwife told me to try pumping and 15 mins into the session I went into labour

ultimately nothing will make a difference if your baby and body aren’t ready. but, i did go into labor hours after sex (including nipple stimulation and him finishing inside, the sperm helps)

I swear I walked my LB out, he came at 37+3 and in the few days beforehand I had been doing 20k+ steps a day!

At 42 weeks I made the midwife’s brew and that worked. It only used 2 TBSP of caster oil so I don’t think you’d need any more than that!!

@Kelly I’m scared but I think I’m going to try it! I’m sure I can find the recipe online
