Constant need to eat something

I am 7w6d and in the last week and a half I have been waking up at 3/4/5am feeling incredibly nauseous, this follows throughout the rest of the day until I eat something. I’ve realised that as long as I am constantly eating throughout the day this feeling doesn’t happen and only happens early hours in the morning. The issue is now that I am sick to death of eating for the sake of it and not because i’m hungry/craving - any tips please as I am a first time mum to be 🥲

Same here. Constantly nauseous, feels like motion sickness unless I’m eating. Then with the eating comes the awful bloat and discomfort. You have my sympathy! X

@Hannah Me too! I kept saying to my partner I feel like I have vertigo or a really bad hangover! It’s so strange!! x

I used to keep fruit by the bed and eat it in the night My sickness stopped at 12 weeks.. weirdly Haribo Tangtastics also curbed the sickness Maybe try sucking on boiled sweets or chewing gum?

This is also me! I didn't have this with my first, so this is all new to me too.

Exact experience ❤️ here for 2 weeks! I feel like my body is wanting these extra calories so I’m ensuring I’m eating when I can.

I feel like I'm constantly hungry. I'll eat and five mins later I'll be hungry. It's doing my head in, I can't afford to eat like this 😂

Omg this is me all over nauseous which goes if i eat! Nightmare! Ive found sipping hot chocolate helps curb the sickness sometimes or smoothie xx
