I’d like to know too 🙈 I’m coming up to 29 weeks soon, and haven’t even started xx

With my first I didn’t pack until I was about 39 weeks 🙈 I’d say anytime is a good time just before then as I was induced at 39 with my first! I’m 29 weeks now and I’ll do mine probably just before Xmas so I feel organised! Xx

I’m thinking the same, I’m 25+4 feels to early currently but I love to be organised 😭 Gets overwhelming thinking of what needs to go in & how many clothes would be the right amount? Im seeing a lot of people pack this stuff, not sure if I’m missing anything… - nappies - baby wipes - 3x bodysuits - 3x vests - baby’s going home outfit - x2 pyjamas for yourself - maternity disposable pants - pads - spritz - toiletries for you - slippers - kendamil instant feed bottles (incase you may not want to breastfeed or just as a backup) - baby notes folder - baby bottle & pacifier (unsure about this one) - muslin cloths - baby blankets

I’ll be doing mine mid Jan ☺️ I didn’t do it till 39 weeks with my first but I’m actually in for an elected section end of Jan.

@Maariyah I was told not to take bottles and to take ready made milk with teets

Tbf I took pre-made bottles with my first but because she didn’t drink the whole thing at once they put them in bottles at the hospital so could be worth taking a couple of bottles too x

@Amy that’s good to know the ready made ones I’ve looked at have the teets, so I’ll scrub that off the list ☺️

With my first my colleague's wife was pregnant at the same time as me. She ended up going into labour at 35 weeks and wasn't packed or ready, had to fling a bag together. This freaked me out so I packed myself a bag at 25 weeks... Which turned out to be the best thing I could've done when my waters broke at 30. With this pregnancy being high risk I've had my bag ready to go for a couple of weeks. I'll pack up baby's bag once I'm maybe 34 weeks or so as if they're born any sooner they won't need anything anyway, the hospital provides everything they'll need.

Id say around 32-34 weeks unless you feel like you want to have it done sooner haha. There are tons of checklist online and your midwife will go through what to pack at your birth chat normally incase there is something specific to your hospital or care plan x
