Omg I’m the same!! I blow my nose every morning and have these really MASSIVE very thin bogies and bloody snot it is common to be congested due to our blood flow xx

Same , I had it with my first and again with this one

@Jodie yes I was starting to become worried my partner said it could be also due to our room being stuffy but every morning I face the same issue

@Charlotte I don't remember having it bloody I was congested but this is a first for me! Phew atleast I'm not alone

Mine is the same, I had nose bleeds throughout my last pregnancy also and they said it was due to the increased pressure, so not much to worry about!

@Naomi thank you, I've also been feeling really hot like hot flushes in the night and hands and feet just feeling hot so must be all the increased blood flow.

@Natalie it scared my , thought I had a brain tumour lol It’s weird, like red veins not actual blood all the time

@Natalie yep! I get really hot at night, particularly my feet, so they're always outside the duvet and with my last pregnancy it was so bad, I put ice packs on my feet because it felt like they were on fire and they said then, as long as I have no other symptoms, it's just increased blood flow/volume/pressure l. It did calm eventually and obviously, every symptom disappeared the second I gave birth, so not much longer to go!

@Charlotte yes I know what you mean and I'm an overthinker so basically I thought the same thing lol

@Naomi ahh I can't wait for this to be all over seriously as much as being pregnant is a blessing I'm fed up now! I think mentally it's been challenging for me as I'm an overthinker every little symptom I get I go to the worst case scenario.
