Smell sensitivity

Is anyone else insanely sensitive to smells? I can’t handle ANY food smells - cooked, cooking, uncooked. Even opening the fridge will send me into a vomit spiral 🥴 Tips?

Yes I feel this. I feel soooo horrible but I can’t stand the smell of my daughter’s daycare. It’s this chemical cleaning smell but also the smell of a bunch of kids?? Idk how to explain it. But when I pick her up I have to try so hard not to throw up.

I can’t even stand the smell of my Pepperidge farm multigrain bread that I’ve eaten forever! I just brought a double pack from Costco on Thursday!!!! I can’t change my 2yr old’s diaper and I’m only 10weeks in!!!! Last time my smell sensitivity peaked in my second trimester and went away months after giving birth. I’m hoping since it started early, it will go away in my second trimester! Fingers crossed and good luck, but it tends to stay! The urge to throw up will pass but the heightened sense of smell sticks around.

Ugh yes! I went out to eat with some family and ordered a stack of ribs. I couldn’t eat it being the smell was too overwhelming.

Yes this is me! I barely eat bc I cannot smell or stomach anything. I have all day sickness 😭
