None of the above? Some very serious conversations, very possibly therapy, and a whole lot of work to rebuild. None of those options fix whatever made us break up or prove it there won't be more of it happening in the future

These options are all superficial none of them would fix the relationship. Rather if we broke up and he’d want us to come back, we’d need a serious conversation, marriage counselling and an action plan of how we will move forward and deal with conflicts in the future .

@Nimco this is a option. Thanks for sharing your opinion. Keep in mind that not every one thinks like you. You can believe in therapy, while your partner doesn't. It happens all the time. Dragging someone to therapy, when they don't want to go is insensitive. P.s I believe in therapy and I have a therapist. But I also understand that not every one is on the same page
