Anxiety and working out

Hey everyone I suffer really bad anxiety the thought of going to the gym alone being judged or doing something wrong petrifies me but I really want to work out even from home can anyone give me any recommendations I mainly want my belly fat to go and tone up Thankyou :)

I was like that at the gym, I promise u noone cares. Literally everyone's doing their own thing. Get some headphones, blast your play list and go work out!!
