Panda Express inspired recipe. I used whole wheat spaghetti noodles. It came out so much better than I expected.

@Jade its a lot but I promise it will go quick. 30 mins or less Ingredients: -2 yellow onions -1 green pepper -1 red pepper -2 celery stalks -Panda Express Kung Pao sauce -sesame oil -rice vinegar -Boneless skinless chicken thighs (6) (Cut into cubes) -Ginger paste -Fresh garlic cloves -Garlic powder -Chilli crisp sauce -Canola oil -Coarse ground black pepper -Corn starch -whole wheat spaghetti noodles -coleslaw mix Step 1: Marinate chicken - Garlic and onion powder, salt pepper, chilli crisp oil, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, 2 Tbsp corn starch, Kung Pao sauce. Evenly distribute seasoning. Set aside Step 2: Chop vegggies - garlic, celery, onion, red pepper, green pepper Step 3: Boil whole wheat pasta al dente, drain and rinse in a cold water bath, drain and set aside Step 4: Heat large cooking pan or wok (medium/high) with canola oil and pan sear chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes (half cooked) remove from pan and set aside.

Step 5: Without rinsing pan add flavorings (onion, ginger, chilli sauce, and vegetables) sauté for 2-3 mins before adding chicken to the mix. Then add Kung Pao sauce to desired taste. Cooking for additional 3-4mins until done. Step 6: on Med/High heat Add canola oil and saute flavorings (garlic/ginger/onion) for 1-2mins. Then Add coleslaw mix. After 2 mins add pasta Season with dash of sesame oil, soy sauce, and chill crisp oil. I also added salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Mix well and serve *When cooking with high heat you have to move fast because food will cook quickly. Keep cooking utensils handy to help with stirring and to keep food from sticking. I didn’t really follow a recipe, I just went with my intuition. I hope this helps!

Thank you! I’m saving this!!

Yummy
