Needs some help

A couple years ago, before I got pregnant I was in a car accident and I hurt my back/waist and I went to therapy for it and it didn’t work. So fast forward to the night I was giving birth to my son I had an epidural and it somehow brought back the back/waist pain. I’m 4 month pp and I’m back at work Im on my feet for 10-11hr every day and the pain has been making it very difficult to do my job. I can’t walk far without it hurting. I can’t stand for a long time nor can I even sit for a long time and it’s really affecting my day to day life. Anybody know any types of cream or treatment that’ll work. Any advices is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Epidural destroyed my back but that’s besides the point. I do have two herniated disks in my back right now causing sciatica. Trust me. I get the pain. It’s affecting my every day life. I got an epidural injection, and it didn’t work. I’m about to go for my second injection in a couple weeks. I recommend first going to ur primary care. They will probably give you steroids, and a muscle relaxer (atleast that’s what they do here). If that works amazing. If it doesn’t go to an orthopedic doctor/pain management.

@Alyson thanks for the advice. I’m sorry you going thru what I’m going thru. Honestly I think I’ll go see the orthopedic doctor instead because I don’t want to become addicted to the pain meds so I’d rather just find a permanent solution instead of a temporary one

@Britney Cayo that’s exactly what I did. The pain management doctor was quick to try and prescribe pain meds and I was like nope. Let’s try the injection first. Unfortunately the first one didn’t work, so we’ll see
