4 month sleep regression can happen twice???????
The last 2 nights he’s slept in 2 hour intervals. We went through a regression a couple weeks ago. It was hell. He was pretty much back to his usual sleep, only waking up once to eat but now it seems like it’s back 🫠🥴

We had ours a few weeks back and got back to a somewhat normal schedule and now we’re a hot mess because of teething.
I agree with the above! Teething comes randomly and for my girl, her schedule is thrown off sometimes a couple days at a time and sometimes longer 🥹
Ya could be teething or maybe preparing for the growth spurt at 5-6 months

Mine always wakes up every 2-3 hours on a good night😫 our sleep regression was every hour or we couldn't set him down to sleep. So jealous! We had it happen twice to us though! I wondered if the second time was a sleep regression from teething!
