@Abbey I had it checked at 28 weeks and it was on the edge but within normal. I am taking pregnacare so I am getting some iron extra already. Might mention it at my next midwife appointment though, thanks.
đź‘Ť Glad to be of help! My midwife and pharmacist told that drinking orange juice while taking the iron tables will help absorption of the iron. I don't usually drink juice as it's high in sugar but I do now have some orange juice while I take the iron. Hope you get it sorted.
Ask your midwife/doctor if they’d advise extra iron, even if you’re already on pregnacare. I also take pregnacare and my 28W bloods also came back right on the edge of normal and they advised to take extra iron on top of my pregnacare. My doctor prescribed me some

Have you had your iron levels checked recently? In both my pregnancies I started getting really tired around 30 weeks, turns out both times an iron deficiency was exacerbating the tiredness. I think it is also normal to start getting more to tired at this stage in pregnancy.
