My little one is 5 months and has had the same in two nappies this week! I've been told that teething can cause mucusy poops but the red/bloody specks did have me concerned. Her temp. is fine and she seems well in herself so I'm monitoring at home for now but will let my GP know tomorrow anyway, although like you, am sure they wont be worried either. Green poop is normal in breastfed babies, but the mucuous and red specks are new for us too. My baby does also have one bottle of formula at night time so not EBF. Following this for anyone elses experiences as this is coincidental timing!
@Becky Flecks of blood in poo is CMPA x
Have you tried cutting out dairy? Could be CMPA
