Same, I am in physio too. I find stretching and aqua aerobics really help with keeping the area stronger and not as tight
Have you got a pregnancy ball yet? I got a big one from Amazon for £10 and it saved me in my last pregnancy and Im using it again this time around, I just sit on it in the evenings when watching tv and do some light bounces, hip rotations and you can lean over it too while kneeling. It just loosens everything up so sleeping is a but more manageable. Deffo refer yourself for some physio too, that helps as well! Keep knees together when turning in bed, getting in and out of the car, I also found it was sometimes easier to crawl in and out of bed so like get on all fours rather than trying to shuffle on your back
I had physio for this last week. She gave me a couple of exercises, advised getting an exercise ball & said pregnancy yoga can help. It’s worth contacting your midwife to refer you to physio or if you can self refer I’d do that x
I am under physio and also been given crutches to get about too x
I have and have been reffered to physio by my midwife
