Sleep help

My daughter is 27 months and sleeps well through the night (goes to bed between 7/730) but continues to wake up at 5/530. She used to wake up so much later 730/8 so would be grateful for any tips or advice

Needing less sleep? Drop the nap? Our LO is 8:30 - 9pm and up at 6:30 - 7am ish so it seem right to me…

10 hours of overnight sleep is probably all she needs, especially if she’s still napping. Either later bedtime or cap the nap.
