Anyone managing to do any exercise?

Almost 11 weeks pregnant and the last 2 weeks have been really bad with regards to energy levels. I’ve been napping in the afternoon when my toddler goes down for her nap and can barely get the basics done around the house. The exhaustion is hard core! I’ve really tried to keep up some kind of fitness before falling pregnant as I have significant back pain if I don’t, but the last couple weeks I’ve done nothing. I’m wondering if anyone has been able to do any sort of exercise during this time and how you’ve done it?

None at all. I'm absolutely exhausted and just feel permanently hungover

@Kerry same! I almost feel guilty as all I want to do is sleep, any chance I get I climb into bed.

Short walks helps

@Patrice I try go for walks with my toddler but the thought of doing that the last couple days immediately makes me want to lie down and take a nap 😂

It's so tough isn't it. Hopefully after this first trimester the energy levels will go back up a bit and these symptoms will decrease and things won't feel as exhausting 🙏

I also feel exhausted the whole time. I carried laundry upstairs n put it away and had a nap. I go for a 45 min walk on Saturday and Sunday as I would be too tired during work days. I feel guilty for not doing more exercise but I just feel so tired!

I can honestly say I’ve done no exercise at all! I’m also struggling with tiredness and exhaustion, everything is a huge task at the minute. I’m 12 weeks exactly today x
