I had this too, sometimes I found it was bad posture especially when sleeping as I am normally a front sleeper. I use a pillow between my legs now and its eased the pain a bit, and try to sit up better when lounging around (at least thats what worked for me!)

I had this last week towards the end of 8 weeks, but it passed after a few days! It’s so horrible that you feel like it needs a good click! I thought about going to my osteopath it was that bad. I did a few small exercises so help stretch it out which helped and it’s eased off now x
