The only way I can get any milk is if I pump this way. Using a handheld pump. I have to use my other hand to use the hand pump part. This has taken me 10 minutes on this one side. I am taking supplements to increase supply.

Do you know how to hand express into a bottle? That was my preferred method at first because it was faster and didn’t hurt as much as a pump.
I found manuals to be quite painful so ended up going for electric ones. They have expression mode aswell as normal sucking modes. Plus you can give your hand a rest and is good for building supply x
@Itslexisduh that's what I have been doing is hand expressing and this last time I had a huge increase.

Try holding baby when you pump. Also pumping one side while nursing the other was helpful. Lastly, increase how many times you pump a day to increase supply. A warm compress could help too. Good luck
