Clogged duct in pregnancy?
Have this awful pain in my Boob and if reminds me of when I had a blocked duct when feeding my last child.
Only 35 weeks. How can I relieve it? 😬 was under the impression you can't pump/hand express this early but don't want to risk infection.

A hot bath or shower usually helps me. If it doesn’t work I’d probably go to the doctor as well x
@Claudia I was always told cold stops production 😬🤦🏼♀️ GP aren't accepting requests 😪 x

Hasn't realised you could get this in pregnancy! Had it a few times myself over the 2 years of nursing 🙈 You could try ice cold to relieve the inflammation and otherwise maybe go to the GP? Probably what I'd do! x
