Making bottles

Hey this might be a long one can anyone tell me how they make a bottle while out and about without a nuby cool … or can I pre make the bottle and warm it when I’m out with something ? I’m a first time mum and due in 6 weeks and if breast feeding doesn’t work ide like to know more about formula / bottles and how long it lasts etc etc I’ve looked online but everything has varied options so would like to know from people who already know xx

I used to take a large flask of hot water and had a tub that had 3 sections for 3 measures of formula

I take a flask of hot water, a pot with formula already measured out, the nuby rapid cool and bottles. I’ll measure out the hot water and leave 10ml per scoop of formula (my daughter is on 5 oz so I leave 50ml in the bottle) the rest of the water goes into the nuby rapid cool, I’ll add the formula to the 50ml I left and then add the cooled down water from the nuby. This way it’s ready within a couple of mins and you don’t have to sterilise the nuby every time you use it. Sorry if that’s really long winded 🤣 if you search for the nuby hot shot method on tiktok it explains it a bit better

Easiest way to do it without carrying loads or using a rapid cool is to use ready made for out and about. Then it’s just a ready made bottle and a pre sterilised bottle.

A bottle can be kept in one of those insulated bottle bags for like 2 hrs, so I just take a ready made one in there and heat up later!
