Morning sickness rant

I am so annoyed at having to eat every 20-30 mins just to keep morning sickness at a manageable level. Thinking about eating makes me nauseous but not eating makes me more nauseous and I just want to skip to the end of this phase already🙃

Same here. I feel ya, I can't even think about eating without getting sick though. I have repulsed almost all food and truly haven't been eating much due to it. I am just nauseous alllll day and am over it lol

Crackers Just snack on them all day U do the dishes, eat a cracker, put the laundry in, eat a cracker and repeat. It’s saves u the process of making a meal and curves the nausea

And there’s all different kinds of crackers too Cheesy ones were my fave

This happens to me but I have tried crackers and they make it worse for me is there anything else?

You could try peanut butter on bread, take a bite here and there Or veggies. To me my nauesa was bc I was hungry and my body was saying we NEED nutrients So just fuel yourself with whatever works! Bites here and there

Crackers saved me my first pregnancy but this one I feel so burnt out on them I dread eating them😭 I still keep some at my desk but man am I ready to be able to enjoy food again

Good idea! Even being a banana or an apple even grapes to snack on!! Stay hydrated It will get better do

Hey! I work at a day care and talked to my boss about it and she said rub peppermint oil on your stomach and and for me it made the nausea go away for a little while so I could eat
