How much do you need?

Girl please don’t ask for milk on this you don’t know if people have disease

Ask a certified milk bank. https://nymilkbank.org

What's your situation like in terms of feeding baby? Is she on the breast or are you pumping? If you're pumping, what pump do you use? Have you met with a lactation consultant? They're covered by most insurances

@Ashlyne I second this go to your neighborhood mom group instead

Formula is great I promise!!! I was scared to use it too but it’s totally fine!

@Allie it definitely depends on the formula. most of them have really bad ingredients & can cause long term effects.

@Meghan thank you

@Ashlyne ok

@Noelle thank you

try sea moss & lots of greens to help with your production

Girl drink gatorade fit. It’s on prime & they take ebt & @Nestlē & @Meghan r correct as well

i would do coconut water or maple water instead of gatorade. gatorade has bad ingredients & you don’t that to transfer to the baby

When I was breast feeding I drank this and had so much breast milk I had balls in my armpits filled with breast milk at first

Couldn’t even put my arms down🤷🏾‍♀️

lol ok gatorade! i assumed the ingredients would be horrible but they actually aren’t that bad. not the best, but this is probably less expensive than coconut/maple water.

@Anaise you convinced me 🤣🤣🤣she said in her armpitsssss let me get some
