Kids makeup I think is ok for play whenever for fun, mom’s expensive makeup absolutely not

Honestly i think it’s ok for a little one to put on lipgloss and eye shadow around the time that they know they shouldn’t be eating it. (The kid makeup.)

I think 6+ for play and 13+ outside of the house

@Kathy toddler as in what age tho ? I’m asking because I have a 3 year old and she’s come home with little bumps on her forehead and complaining of eye pain from playing with it and I don’t allow it over in my household. Everyone’s saying it’s okay but at what age should I be okay to give

If it’s hurting her and making her itchy she should not be playing in makeup or anyone’s makeup

Oof yes if it's hurting her, she can stay off it. But otherwise it's maybe a 'mother knows best' thing. Your call! Sorry that's not too helpful but in the end, you know your kids the most.
