Congestion tablets while breastfeeding
Hi Im currently have a cold and I'm breastfeeding I just wondered if anyone knew what you can take to help this?

Sudafed can dry up your supply a bit so don’t take it. xx
Cold and flu can dry up your supply so its just paracetamol & ibuprofen You can use difflam spray for sore throat you get it from chemist. They give it to babies from 4kg so its safe if any gets in BM xx
