Salt pepper garlic and butter are my go too.

I love Cavender's Greek seasoning, or Dan-O's original in addition to everything you've got listed!

I haven’t roasted them with it but I love potatoes with dried (or fresh) parsley and garlic powder and also with garlic powder and fresh dill

@Anna with some smoked paprika 😮‍💨🤌

Garlic powder , little paprika ,parsley salt & pepper or garlic pepper, Cajun spice is good to

Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder fresh garlic & onions & butter. Or a truffle garlic Parmesan seasoning i get from Costco. It's a little salty so if I use that I don't use anything else just unsalted butter

If you want super crispy potatoes, boil them for 8 mins in salted water with baking soda before roasting them. It's seriously a game changer. Here's the science behind it if you're curious!! https://www.seriouseats.com/the-best-roast-potatoes-ever-recipe

I usually season with a garlic butter and Parmesan or I will do salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika

Rosemary,thyme,black pepper,zaatar mix,olive oil

Sometimes I mix curry and mayo and season all potatoes and then in the oven 400 degrees

Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, little cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper. When I don't feel like bringing a bunch of seasonings out I'll just season with Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning, its so good.

Salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika

Fire society has a baked potato seasoning blend
