I’d honestly just say to get up and move about in moderation x
I’m nearly 4 weeks post c section and I got up and moved round as much as I felt comfortable Just keep your incision nicely clean and dry. Walking helps healing too. I know everyone is different but I just did small walks every day. Iv done a couple of days where Iv done 9k steps. I had a rough time with my heart beat and blood pressure so Iv been determined to stay fit as much as I can. (Hard when you’ve got a nocturnal baby too lol) xxx
Tylenol is key for pain
I would recommend taking a stool softener to help with that first time poo!!!

I found my most used items were the frida mum boyshort disposable undies! These help the lilets postpartum pads in place well and were comfortable over my wound.
