I know it’s pretty early but curious if anyone has started incorporating basic education in their daily routine with their child . For example just teaching alphabet, numbers etc. in a more structured way rather than through fun and games. Like do you have a set up for study etc. would be interested to know what you all are doing. Thanks

I think learning through play is key. Kids learn more when it is fun. I grew up learning the structured way but honestly if it was fun - it would have made it less tideous. Alphabets are sounds these days. More logical I say. Numbers - I would emphasise on counting things... that is actual maths.
I was advised by my daughter's pre school that they do learning through play until year 1 as children learn better this way x
