Finally weaning off the breast!
Today’s our second day of no breastfeeding!! All I did was tell her the milk is all gone, and she cried at first but I was able to console her fairly quickly. I’m so relieved but now how do I stop the milk??

Whew. kudos to you!! I could never go so long lol😭. But it will dry up by itself :)
Production is supply and demand, so now that there is no demand, your milk will dry up
I stopped in September. It was a bittersweet moment, but I have never felt better. If you have a bit of discomfort, which is normal, a cold compress usually helps. Cabbage helps, too.
