Going crazy symptom spotting!

I’m currently 9dpo, and just driving myself crazy with every little twinge or feeling. Did anyone else get any pregnancy symptoms this early? For the last couple of days I’ve had very low dull cramps, a bit of a twingey lower back, and very tired during the day. No sore boobs or bloating like I have had with my other pregnancy’s (3 of which ended in miscarriage) I stupidly did a test this morning which was obviously negative, I just feel like I’m turning into a crazy lady as I want this so badly.
