Yup!! Spinningbabies.com
I’m in the same boat, my first was always head down and this one turned in breech (at my 20 week scan she was head down). I go in next week at 34 weeks and my OB will check if position has changed at all. He said exercises may or may not help but he said it doesn’t hurt to do them, and that it may be a problem if at 36 weeks baby hasn’t turned. Hoping our babies get into the correct position before delivery!
Acupuncture has also been shown to be helpful. I was told it was most effective over a few visits so if you’re interested try it now
Your baby has time to change position. My baby was breeched and then changed position within a week. Just give the baby some time.
My baby was breech at 30 weeks and when I went back to my next appointment at 32 weeks he was head down. I wouldn’t stress about it too much if I were you.
