unprotected sex might be pregnancy??

Hii, i just need some advice because im kind of worrying. I am visiting my boyfriend in the states and we have been doing stuff without a condom but have been using the pill birth control method. i dont know whats been going on with me but ill list off some of the symptoms ive been having for a few days now. also i have been here for 19 days almost 20. i cannot take a pregnancy test until the 29th as thats when i get paid next. 1) very cold temp 2) frequently peeing 3) abdominal pain 4) backpain 5) nausea 6) insomnia 7) hair loss 8) spotting around the 1 week mark any comments on this situation would help and im super greatful to have found this app im really freaking out
