Low Papp-A and measuring small head!

Anyone had this? Baby is smaller side (7%) overall same as my last pregnancy but head at the 20 week scan was at the 2%. Baby was breech and moving around a lot but I think she was quite confident with measurement. Awaiting referral for a more in depth scan but very nervous.
