I don’t have a recipe, but I follow steps similar to the one Raqi posted (and I also do panko topping), and definitely use smoked paprika rather than regular. I also add onion powder and possibly garlic depending on how I’m feeling that day.
Mac and cheese is so easy! We make it in the instant pot and after cooking the noodles, you just add shredded cheese, cream cheese, and evaporated milk. Add regular milk if it's too thick. We also like to add steamed broccoli

It’s really hard to F up a mac and cheese my 14yr old can make a superb one. I have faith in you! You can DO this!! Go and knock their socks off Xx we use the Panko crumb topping on top of the cheese to give it some nice crunch.

@Daija I remember my ex mother in law was trying to make my younger brother in law’s YT gf feel included and was like “you wanna help Shanika with the Mac and cheese?” BRUHHHH if looks could kill!
